Globally, 2023 has been a long, often confounding and certainly challenging year, after many, similarly challenging years.
The world wants and needs us to adapt and
to rise to these challenges together.
At the beginning of this new year what does the future ask of us?
We might reflect for a moment on the statement
“darkness is an invitation to be great”.
It is from that very darkness—the Yin—that the possibility of a new future necessarily pulls itself into light—the Yang.
This is the paradox inherent in all change: The possibility of a new, more capable, more resilient future can only arise from the ashes of today’s calamity.
It is only from breakdown, that breakthrough is possible.
Within us we all have that Yang, the untapped collective wisdom, ready to be nurtured, challenged and to grow towards the light.
How might we tap that wisdom? How might we move from insights into effective action?
Can we make the connections we need to realize such a possibility? Grow beyond the constraints of yesterday’s thinking in the face, ultimately, of not knowing?

We are a nascent collective of ordinary human beings committed to addressing these questions.
At the heart of our work is the emergence of a unique learning architecture and co-facilitation framework—one deliberately designed to help people develop, within themselves, the capacity for the inner growth and collective action which today’s challenges most urgently call for.
