As successful entrepreneur, coach and organizational change catalyst for over two decades, I believe the world is now calling me to an new chapter. My focus area is on bringing people together to create and facilitate shared learning spaces, in organizations and communities. These developmental learning spaces act as scaffolds for growth. The shared sense-making and resultant insights can be literally life changing, enabling people to reconnect and move into new emerging possibilities.
I believe the outcomes I am pursuing are huge for our future. How can we, in the midst of a potentially existential crisis, look inwardly, learn from each other, grow and move to thriving together and for the planet? Can we change the systems that are driving us, and move to more regenerative, sustainable innovation? To be human, to unlearn and learn again, together towards a higher collective purpose.
